You can order these tiles yourself for any project in your home. We try to make this process easy for anyone unfamiliar with any construction or home remodeling process. Using our own order calculator for any product display, all you need to find out is the square footage for your project.

The timeframe can depend on the location at times. This is due to routing for our carriers terminals and where the delivery point is. Generally, shipping normally takes 1-5 business days after payment is processed, while special circumstances can take up to 2 weeks (delivery to Hawaii, Alaska, rural areas of the destination).

Due to the pandemic, it make take between 2-3 weeks.

We provide curbside delivery, and drop the palettes in the street area unless requested to deliver up into the driveway. If you require special delivery into the home you must notify us in advance to make the proper preparations.

While we take measures to prevent these incidents from occurring, it does tend to happen on occasion. If there is only little damage to a few tiles and the rest of the order seems intact, you can accept the order with a note of the damage on the delivery slip for records on both sides, and contact us directly with pictures of the damage. However, if the damages exceed 8% of the order and the tiles are not usable, we will replace the order. In both cases you must contact our customer service to assist you properly. You can order ANY sample of our products to give you a better idea of what you want for your project. Just simply click on the “Order a Sample” on the product page if displayed, and it will be added to your cart. Please note that you can only order one sample item of that product, and that this item is a piece of the whole item of the product. 

If there are changes you need to make to a completed order, it cannot be editable. However, if it is still early within the expected delivery dates, you can contact customer service to confirm whether or not these changes can be made.
